You'll split your time between client sites, our office, and wherever you work best. You own your schedule. You'll collaborate with business consultants, developers, and technical experts to deliver NetSuite implementations that actually solve problems, not just meet requirements.
What you'll do:
- Map complex business processes and translate them into scalable NetSuite configurations
- Scope and estimate project work based on business analysis
- Configure NetSuite modules that fit how businesses actually operate
- Deliver solutions that exceed expectations, not just meet specifications
- Build data models and dashboards that drive actual business decisions
- Stay ahead of NetSuite updates and ecosystem developments
You're the bridge between business ambition and technical reality. You dig deep to understand what clients actually need (not just what they ask for), then build NetSuite solutions that deliver real results.
What makes you successful:
- You love client conversations and can explain complex ERP concepts in plain language
- 3+ years of hands-on ERP consulting experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or Exact. You know how ERP should (and shouldn't) work
- Deep understanding of supply chain, finance, or both
Bonus points:
- You've survived at least one terrible ERP implementation and learned from it
- You can challenge clients constructively without burning bridges
- You actually enjoy documentation (or at least don't hate it)
