NetSuite uses 256-bit TLS encryption to encrypt data during transmission. Access to your environment is additionally secured with multi-factor authentication and IP whitelisting. Password policies can be tailored to your own security guidelines. Unusual or invalid login attempts are automatically blocked.
User rights are centrally managed based on roles. This gives each user access only to functions and data relevant to their work. Direct access to the database is excluded. Every action in the system is also recorded in an audit trail with user information and time stamp.
