Dat hangt af van de scope. Voor een afgebakend traject praten we doorgaans over enkele maanden, van kennismaking tot livegang. Bij internationale uitrol over meerdere entiteiten en landen kan dat langer zijn, omdat je dan in fases werkt en per entiteit kijkt naar de lokale eisen.

Ja. Met NetSuite OneWorld beheer je meerdere entiteiten, valuta en landen in één systeem, met consolidatie over je hele organisatie. NetSuite ondersteunt 190+ valuta die dagelijks worden bijgewerkt, 27 talen en is uitgerold in 215+ landen en gebieden. Voor btw-berekening en rapportage worden 100+ landen ondersteund.

Werkt NetSuite met onze Microsoft 365-omgeving?

Ja. NetSuite integreert met Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive en Excel. Vanuit Outlook kun je e-mails, contactpersonen en afspraken koppelen aan klanten en projecten in NetSuite. SharePoint en OneDrive kunnen aan records gekoppeld worden voor documentbeheer. Voor BI en analyses werkt NetSuite samen met Power BI via SuiteAnalytics Connect.

Na livegang blijf je bij hetzelfde vaste team dat je systeem heeft gebouwd. We lossen vragen op, denken mee en ontwikkelen je inrichting door naarmate je bedrijf verandert. Bij NetSuite-upgrades (tweemaal per jaar) begeleiden we je in de overgang.

Yes! Many customizations, such as additional fields, lists, reporting & dashboards, or workflows, you can simply set up yourself. For more extensive configurations you sometimes need programming knowledge, but many things you can easily arrange without code.

Good question! In the vast majority of cases, your changes will work as usual. And if there are important changes, NetSuite will let you know in time, so you can test everything in a Sandbox or Release Preview.
