3. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Different retention periods apply to different types of data:

  • Data via marketing tools
    • Google Analytics: 14 months
    • Hotjar: 12 months
    • Microsoft Clarity: 30 days (session recordings), 13 months (heatmaps)

4. Do we share your data with third parties?

No, we do not sell your data. We only share it with third parties when necessary for our services. Examples include:

  • Shipping and payment providers
  • Marketing and analysis tools
  • IT and hosting partners

We conclude processing agreements with these parties to protect your data properly. If data is processed outside the EU (for example, by Google or Microsoft), we ensure that this is done under applicable privacy agreements such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or through standard contracts.

Leadinfo

We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The tool recognizes company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies, to evaluate user behavior on our website and the tool processes domains from form entries (e.g., "Leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services. 6. Security and spam detection

To protect our website from abuse and spam, Fortiqo uses Google reCAPTCHA (version 3). This technology automatically analyzes visitor behavior to determine whether a form is filled out by a human or an automated system (bot).

In this analysis, data such as IP address, mouse movements, browser type and time on the page may be processed and transmitted to Google. This data is used exclusively to prevent misuse and improve the security of our website.

7. Your rights

As a user, you have the right to:
